Alfi Novo Chrome Plated Metal Thermal Carafe, 8-Cup
The best coffee carafe made, period.
This is my third Alfi chrome plated metal thermal coffee carafe. It is lined with glass, so if dropped or otherwise mishandled it will break, but with reasonable care it will last a lifetime. Not only is it beautiful; if it is primed with very hot water, your coffee or other hot drink will stay extremely hot for a long time. This particular carafe fits perfectly under the Technivorm CDT 10-cup coffee maker, the world’s best coffee-to-carafe type coffee maker, except it comes with a pitifully inefficient carafe.
