perfect size, nice design I’d broken a glass salad bowl of this size and needed a replacement. This will probably hold salad for four to six people. Other sizes are available as well. Nice simple design which will go with many decors. great bowls I ordered quite a few Bormioli bowls of this kind in different sizes (28-3/4-Ounce, 81-1/2-Ounce, 52-1/2-Ounce, 122-1/4-Ounce) and they are all fantastic – I am extremely pleased with them: they seem to be of a very high-quality (they are made with very thick glass), and they are beautiful. Cool design, easy care I broke my favorite salad bowl and looked for a long time for a replacement. This one has an attractive design, simple lines, and has great shape and capacity. I wish I knew that Tupperware still existed years ago! I ordered these since they matched my 5 pc Serving Set. I love the fun colors, the textured surface & the easy to use lids. There is nothing wrong with these, however I cannot stand how shallow they are. It just my personal preference. excellent size love the lids exvellent seller- i am very pleased with my salad bowls! highly recommend! Wow! These solid cherry salad hands are a work of art — they are gorgeous. (MUCH nicer than the photos look on Amazon.) I bought these after being disappointed by much cheaper bamboo brand (which is Amazon’s #1 selling salad hands). What a difference! These hands are sturdy and anyone would be proud to display them on their dinner table. In contrast, the other bamboo pair cracked within a week. From the literature, it seems that “Designs by Baerreis” is a small family business that makes these utensils one at a time by hand. The workmanship is great: they are worth every penny. Very nice quality, fast shipping I purchased this salad bowl set as a Christmas present. There was a 2-3 week shipping estimate, and the feedback for Mountain Woods contained some bad experiences with long shipping delays. I was hesitant to purchase this because I was worried that I might not receive the item in time. Despite this, I was pleasantly surprised when I received the item from Mountain Woods less than a week after placing the order. (Ordered on Tuesday, received the following Monday.) The bowls are beautiful, just as they look in the picture. They seem durable, and the finish is nice and smooth. The salad utensils complement the bowls nicely, and seem to be of fairly good quality as well. Overall, I am very pleased with the product, and I know my mother will love it.
