Terrible Customer Service/Return Policy Do NOT order from this seller. I attempted to contact them to return this as it was not what I had expected and I was mis-led by the information thinking that I would receive more than one tray but they did not personalize the response or offer a resolution and only advised that I could return it, minus 15% restocking and shipment. I am not returning it as it would cost that much to return it. It would be a waste of time and money to do so. However, I will NEVER be ordering anything from them again. Most companies on Amazon have excellent customer service and frankly I order from Amazon on a weekly basis. This particular company, however, is not worth the hassle.
