Beautiful little bowls! I have bought a set of four cherry bowls, and am watching Amazon prices to buy white and royal blue. The purchases are to replace Corelle dinnerware that is 9 years old – the Corelle items were still in great condition, but we’re changing the color theme in our kitchen. I am very pleased with the quality of the bowls! While, unlike the old Corelle stuff I had, they can’t (shouldn’t) be used in the oven or microwave, they have performed quite well in the dishwasher. No chips or scratches showing up at all. I was a little concerned at first when overlapping the bowls in the dishwasher, afraid that they might “bounce” and chip, but to my delight they’ve all come out perfect! The glaze is beautiful and really compliments our kitchen theme – I imagine that all colors available are just as vivid and lovely! One thing we were worried about, being ceramic, is that the small unglazed ring on the bottom of the bowls would scratch the countertops (e.g., as the bottoms… gr...

Still made in Britain I added these bowls to my existing set. The are a perfect match and are still made in England, as the rest of my Portmeirion dishware. This is important to me. They are a excellent sized small bowl. Attractive Bowls These bowls are very attractive and each one is different. I like these a lot. They are beautifully done. Durable product Tupperware is a good product. The company has been around for a long time. The cereal bowls was a good buy. They came with tops, so I can also use the bowls to store other food items. I have not had any problems with the bowls. better than original Our original Tupperware cereal bowls are ancient and getting scruffy. These ‘looked’ to be exactly the same, except for color, so I ordered a set. They aren’t exactly the same. Actually, they are better! A larger area of the bottom is flat compared to the originals. So for me, a klutz, I like that they are more stable and less susceptible to being spilled… Great cereal bowl set I really love this color set. Bowls are great for cereal and snacks. cheery little cereal bowls I bought these bowls because I wanted a nicer quality than the plastic bowls I’ve been using for several years. I also wanted bowls I could pull straight out of the dishwasher without having to dry any ridges or crevices where water remains after the dry cycle. These bowls have a bit of weight to them and are a beautiful cherry red color with a bright white interior. I am a bit clumsy in the kitchen and, as such, have broken quite a few delicate items, but these are quite durable. I can’t wait to finish buying the set! They are a bit on the expensive side but are well worth it by aesthetic and practical criteria! Beautiful – use them every day. These bowls are beautiful, sturdy, functional and well-worth the money. Nice bowls, poor website The bowls were really nice, but not what I wanted. I gave them away. When I had gone to the website, the website initially showed these bowls as slate. However, when I clicked on the additional information, it said they were actually sapphire, which is what it said as I purchased them. Then, the confirmation came back saying they were slate. I immediately canceled the order but received them anyway. I gave them to a friend who loves them, so I did not return them. Multi Purpose I looked in vain for rimmed soup bowls in this pattern, so I bought these. When I first unpacked these bowls I thought holy mackerel, these are way too big for a place setting. But it actually is going to work out fine. The rimmed soup bowls in my everyday set of dishes hold 12 ounces to the inside edge of the rim. This is a generous serving, and probably standard. These bowls hold just under 4 cups (32 oz or 1 qt – filled to overflowing) and I figured they had to be returned. But after measuring 12 ounces into the bowl, it turns out that the liquid level reaches about 1/4 inch under the writing of the CCMoore verse painted on the bowl. It actually looks quite nice at that level. Additionally I will end up using these as salad bowls, because I serve the salad naked, and folks then add whatever dressing they choose, and the extra room in the bowl gives some leeway for giving your individual salad a little stir. Italian Countryside Mikasa Cereal Bowls Excellent quality, great presentation, and elegant. Would have scored higher but bowls do not stack well or load easily into the dishwasher. Lovely set! These bowls are a perfect size for pasta and salads. I bought the entire set of Italian Countryside over a year ago. It was a great price for such beautiful dishes. I use them every day as well as for parties. Useful addition to set I bought 2 sets of these after receiving the 45-piece set for our wedding. I like having the large bowls for soup and salad because the bowls included in the set are very shallow. Unfortunately, these cereal bowls don’t fit well in the dishwasher.
