UPDATE: DON’T PAY ANY ATTENTION TO MY ORIGINAL POST. I’VE BEEN USING THE MUGS, PLATES AND BOWLS IN THE MICROWAVE FOR MANY MONTHS WITH ABSOLUTELY NO PROBLEMS AND NO CRAZING. I’D CHANGE MY RATING TO 5 STARS IF I COULD, BUT THE EDITING FEATURE DOESN’T ALLOW IT.
Just what I was looking for
I hate huge coffee mugs that make your beverage cold before you can drink it and require a lot of effort to lift. These are very nice because they are a good size and shape and come in fun colors. They are also the type that don’t chip easily.

I hate huge, oversize coffee mugs–they just let my coffee get cold. These are the perfect size. They’re also gorgeous–love the brilliant color, the large handle, everything about them. I’m adding plates from Waichtersbach to my wish list. (Now if only someone would tell me how to say Waichtersbach! Wak-ters-bak, maybe?)
